If i could give zero stars i would.They have the absolute worst customer service. And your lucky to even get ahold of them. Took me 2 weeks once just to get a hold of someone. Also, 2 yrs ago we rented a house from them in steamboat and they told us theyd leave the keys under the mat so we went late at night with our uhaul and they changed the locks on us! We had to break in with a butter knife through the flimsy back door. It had no heat the thermostat was busted. They are so rude. One lady asked me "well because of your age im gonna assume no but any kids from previous relationships" is it wrong for me to have children at 21 because thats what you were saying and i was deffinitly offended.

Rented from them just over a year ago, never again will I rent from them or recommend anyone to them, office staff very disrespectful most worst was judy. They customer always right is not in there vocabulary and business model, when something breaks like a 15-20 year old water heater good luck getting fixed. Took 2 weeks for it to be adressed. Plumbing was constantly an issue as in the trees they have on property rooted into pipes and septic and back logged so anytime flush toilet it came up drain in shower and called them on friday they came the following wednesday. Happened more then one occassion.

Two e-mail requests and two phone calls on a property. None were answered. When I did finally get through, Judy made assumptions about my needs for this property based on the fact that it was just 2 people. She was very negative and couldn't be bothered. Based on this representation of Olympic View Group, any needs on the rental once moved in would be a struggle. I would not use or recommend this company.
