Drove 20 minutes to get here when it was listed as around 62% full. By the time I got here someone had filled the whole thing up! Needs to limit how much people can deposit. So much wasted time and energy

Almost always "partially full" which means not taking any cans out bottles. Refuses half the containers sold as CRV. Terrible user interface, meant to be light and playful, but infuriating when combined with is inability to function.
