We have been customers of Omars Vacuum since 2008 when we had them install a unit in our home. We love our central vac system. I don’t know how we ever lived without it. Ivan our service tech is courteous, respectful and professional. Each year, Ivan never fails to call and remind us of our annual vacuum’s recommended tune-up/service. He is always reliable, arrives at the time he has promised and does a thorough job of servicing our system. We have been working with Ivan for over 10 years now and have never been disappointed with him or the products from Omars Vacuum. They are a reputable company and through the years I have recommended them to many friends looking at central vac systems. We look forward to many more years of working with Ivan and Omar’s vacuum.
I traveled seventy miles plus a ferry crossing to get to Omar's today. The trip was well worth the time and distance.
The staff at Omar's was professional and efficient. Omar's assessed the problem with my built-in vacuum-system equipment, provided me with a repair and a new piece of equipment all at a surprisingly reasonable charge, all within a half hour.
