We bought a condo in castro valley. Omega was hired by our realtor for home inspection. Their inspection report was useless. We opted for complete inspection and they charged us over $400. But the inspection has no detailed info and not a single picture. pretty disappointed with them. we had a much better inspection report in disclosure and the bill attached was less than half of what Omega charged us, I would not recommend their service.

Will showed up on time, solved our cockroach and and problem literally overnight. He took the time answer all questions, and is very knowledgeable. We are on a service contract now, and he continues to show up on time with a smile. Thanks Will / Omega!

I’ve been a customer of Omega Termite & Pest Control for a couple of years now - certainly long enough to know that this Oakland, family owned company surpasses most pest companies I’ve used over the years.
-When I moved back to Oakland, I was still using my old Pest Company, well a “sister company,” since they didn’t have service in Oakland. That was a disaster and I soon moved on to Omega T&P. I figured when in Oakland, I might as well keep it local.
-From the 1st phone call, through my actual service call and all my service calls with the SAME tech - my experience has been extremely positive! This company is professional, efficient, friendly and priced fairly compared to its competitors.
- My TECH WILL is a perfect representative for this company as he, too, exhibits the same company attributes of professionalism, efficiency, & friendliness. Woohoo!!
—THE PEST CONTROL: I have an open hill behind me with a green belt not far - creepy-crawlers are fine outside (where they belong) BUT NOT IN MY HOUSE. Will and Omega make sure that our house is pest free. Sure there are times one finds its way in but Omega is also quick to respond. They will come out quickly and address any concerns.
