We placed my father with On Good Hands after he cracked his hip and good not remain at home. For him, being still mentally capable--just under the pain medication, the transition was difficult and he fought it, sometimes physically. We were so appreciative that Turcus and staff hung in there during the tumultuous transition. Eventually, things settled down into a routine. His eventual passing was handled well and Cornell even came to our father's memorial. We were most grateful for his care and time with them.
