I went in for a side pain mid April. The PA (because my doc was not available) sent me for an ultrasound. I went up to the hospital to do it, they didnt have the paper work and couldnt see me...finally was able to do that after a few days.Once they received the paper work. So, we are looking at late April now. Today May 10th. I had to call OCHNS to find out my results. The guy was super nice and said he would let my doc know. Once MY doc found out, she was on it!! She ordered a new test that i needed after she read the ultrasound results.. I did that and my prescription is waiting for pick up today May 10th! The transition with One Community Health has been lacking for sure:( Growing pains will happen. BUT, this is the medical industry...and shouldn't happen!

The receptionist are pretty amazing, the assistants are always friendly and the Dr's are good. The only down fall for this clinic is if you want to make a appointment or need anything your better off to just go to the clinc, not sure if they are under staffed or just super busy.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Faison for several years now. Dr. Faison and Sheila (his nurse/medical assistant) have gone above and beyond to help me with my medical issues; not just once, but on many, many occasions!!! They are the best!
