Optometry at Virginia Mason

Been a patron there for over a decade. My daughter has a chronic condition and needs a specialist. Doctors have been great although sometimes very behind schedule. Just reviewed a bill for $25 from a collection agency? Had no idea I owed $25. Petty and shows what s for profit non caring place they are.

The opthalmologist forgot to complete a test and I had to remind her. Then the wrong billing code was used and I had to pay full price, unlike the exact same procedures done last year that was fully covered. Then the facility would not correct the error.
