Ever since the Evergreen Clinic took over Summit View Clinic, it has become one of the worst clinics we have ever experienced. After my husbands doctor retired, who was one of the best doctors to ever be involved in his care, it has been a battle with this clinic. The last straw was being told they would not refill my husband’s thyroid medicine because he had not established care with a new provider in the clinic. He was never told he had to establish care, he has been a patient at the clinic for almost 17 years. So he gets an appointment scheduled that day so he can get his medicine. And an hour later he gets a call saying he doesn’t need the appointment to just go and get lab work done, which he does. He gets a message saying his lab work is good and to contact his pharmacy to contact them for a refill……..why can’t the doctor that ordered the labs just refill it you ask??? Oh because he wasn’t seen by a provider….it has been a week I have called on my husbands behalf three times and the pharmacy sent the request as well……still no medication refill. So as of tomorrow my husband will be without his medication and that seems to be acceptable to this clinic. Do not go here

I have been a patient along with my wife and two kids with Summit View Clinic for over 15 years. I was recently referred to collections by them without ever getting a bill stating I owed money. When I logged into my chart, I had paid a bill twice and they refunded one of them. It shows a balance of 0$ and yet I was told I owed over a hundred dollars by a collections agency. No call to me from their billing, no bill listed in mychart telling me they needed payment. Just referred me to collections. I am taking my family elsewhere from now on.

Went there for my initial visit to Dr. Hungerford since I recently moved to the area. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Dr. Hungerford was very attentive and thorough in her examination and was able to help me get the ball rolling on other ailment's plans of care. Will definitely visit again for my medical needs.
