Took a class on Super Bowl Sunday after a year of not taking classes. I was super excited to come back into the studio since it had been so long and I was so disappointed with the customer service at the front desk. When I was asked where I wanted to start I stated wherever I will end with the treadmill. The person at the front desk said she couldn’t tell me and I was confused. After a little back and forth the coach of the class had to come in and explain there was a theme workout where everything was random. I had no idea that was the case and chose to start wherever since it didn’t matter. I didn’t understand why the person at the front desk didn’t just say that to begin with instead of confusing me and being rude to begin with. After she told me my number she was shaking her head as though having this conversation was a burden on her.
I used to come to this studio so often and was so excited to get back into it, but I don’t think I’ll be coming back after this experience
