I had the pleasure of working with Dylan Chalk and had a great experience! He was able to go though every single nook and cranny in the house I was purchasing and nailed it. The owner, who had remodeled the place agreed to update the major problems Dylan found and didn't have to pay for these improvements. I highly recommend going with Dylan, especially if you're a first time home buyer. Very pleasant experience!

We recently used Orca Inspections Services on both ends of our recent move.
We could not be happier with the results. The purchase inspection allowed us to knock a sizable chunk off the asking price b/c they found issues with the house that we would have missed.
But the real winner was the sellers inspection. Dylan has such a great reputation that by getting our house preinspected we were able to have buyers waive the inspection on the basis of Dylan's work alone.
Five stars, can't go wrong.
