It took days to be able to schedule a tour and get a call back. When we toured for my dad everyone was just sitting there including the staff. The patients there smelled and looked like they needed more care. I walked past a family member who was talking about the care they were not receiving and said that they were going to move out. Not what we were looking for at all for dad.
