I want to take this opportunity to thank Orchard Street Self Storage for helping me when I was in a bind. I was in need of a storage unit to store my car. It was last minute and I had not planned ahead for this situation. I called a few different storage facilities in my area to ask what was available and what the cost would be. Three locations had nothing available and two others were extremely expensive. My call to Orchard Street Self Storage was a godsend. The lady on the phone was amazing! She was friendly helpful and very professional. I was able to arrange rental of a unit over the phone. Once I arrive at Orchard Street Self Storage I was shown where my unit was located. Super easy access. The entry and exit procedures were shown to me. In no time flat I had my vehicle stored in a clean safe and secure location. Thank you Orchard Street Self Storage. They are the Best and I recommend anyone needing a storage unit to give them a call.

So I can not say enough about this place. 1st I called about 3 yrs ago n apparently got out on wait list (yippy) because at one of the most critical times in needing a storage and needing the one this size they called and said hey you're on the wait list would you like this big storage unit we have yes I would I said. Clean secure lots of cameras friendly employees everyone of them. A little tricky getting in the gate depending on how and what size your truck is. You may have to get out to punch code in. That's the only downfall. No biggie tho..
