Open 7 days a week until 7 pm, and they price match competitors prices... So why would you go anywhere else?
The company itself has a culture centered on excellent customer service, and the employees at this location are all dedicated to that. It's for this reason that I believe this is the best parts house in the area, hands down.

You know, I like this place alright, I appreciate that it is one of the few auto supply stores in this sparsely populated county. I do not appreciate an experience I have had here though. While in east Quincy I was driving uphill to get to Quincy, and my car stalled on me. So I turned around and stopped in to see what’s going on. A worker there, I do not recall his name, he came out to test my battery, told me that I needed an alternator, and continued to try to sell me one. I’m glad I listened to my intuition, and took my car to plumas auto diagnostics down the road. The gentleman there tested my battery, determined that it was dead, and sold me an interstate battery. I haven’t seen the guy who wrongly tried to sell me an alternator for a while, so I hope that he isn’t trying to take advantage of people’s ignorance just to gain a profit anymore.
