I came here on a Tuesday night with coworkers and it seemed slow but the service was slow too for some reason.
However, this is the best steakhouse in the area as I have tried the others as well. I ordered the rib eye and it was cooked perfectly and seasoned to perfection. The server only came by a few times so we didn’t order as many drinks as we wanted. Also, I didn’t like the payment method where they had you the tablet and wait for you to sign and tip while staring at you. Kinda awkward.
Service has degraded significantly since the last time I’ve been there. I was served appetizers with no plates, entrees with no sides, and received no refills. Store jukebox was being abused by someone constantly playing death metal. Menus were sticky and clearly not wiped down. Meals were not billed to match the menu pricing either.
This is the only time in my life I have not tipped my waitress. Ridiculous service.
Surprisingly food was solid. Sad that this restaurant has degraded as much as it has.
