Our service today was amazing! Jose was prompt, polite, professional and very thorough! I have always had great service from this company and our house isn’t your average job either! We are a 3 story home built into a canyon.. lots of awkward areas, critters etc.. Thank you Jose!! 😎

I have been on a bi-monthly service for many years with this company. This past week I had a massive ant infestation inside my home which hadn’t happened since having this service. I contacted ORKIN for an emergency service only to find out that they were in fact two weeks behind on my bi-monthly service AND they were unable to accommodate an emergency service request leaving me with an infestation that I had to manage on my own for three days until they could get to my home. This is wholly unacceptable and they offered me nothing to compensate for their tardiness. Timely service would have surely prevented any internal ant problems. A company that doesn’t abide by their contracts are not one that I am interested in working with.
