All I can say is WOW! I am a BBQ snob, and this place was amazing. I travel the country and try BBQ everywhere. This place is as good as anyplace. I love brisket, this didn’t disappoint. The PNW Italian Sausage was also off the hook! If you don’t try this place, you are just wrong.

Went through Reddit to find good places to stop on our 15 hour drive and this was briefly mentioned but they did not prepare me for how DELICIOUS this food is! And the decor/atmosphere is very country and comfortable. The bloodymary was so worth the price, comes with a rib and bacon and pickled items. We also had the Cow Tip Dip & the Sandwich that's toped with mach cheese, I've never seen anywhere grill the Mac and cheese to create a crunchy top before putting it on the burger. Seriously heaven. Makes me wish we lived closer just so I could try more on the menu. 10 out of 10!!!

All the flavors were great !! Really enjoyed all the food. First time here and will be back. Bring your appetite!
