Requested flat bed for my Audi that had been sitting in my driveway forever! They were very punctual and came with the proper equipment requested (requested flat bed w/2 other tow companies, each one came with NO flatbed). Very professional, friendly and affordable! I was so grateful for the assistance I got... breaking down on the way home from work is never a fun thing for anyone! I so appreciated the timeliness of their service and also my driver was so friendly, calm, accommodating and personable in a time where I was super stressed about 'car stuff'... I'll worry about that tomorrow, but as for today I get to go to bed knowing my car is somewhere safe. Can't recommend enough!

When I was leaving work, my car wouldn’t start because I had left the lights on and the battery was dead. I google searched, found Eli’s, and called. They answered immediately (it was past midnight), told me the price and time estimate over the phone, were at my location promptly, and got my car started again very quickly. Fast and friendly service, with no hidden fees or surprises. I would definitely call them again if needed for future services!
