They never showed up and didn't called to at least say that they were not going to make it! Horrible costumer service.

We’re fortunate to have this company in our area of Eastern Oregon. They did excellent work for me and responded quickly to any problems. Great customer service in every encounter I’ve had with technicians and office staff.

Just this week I scheduled an appointment with Overhead Door to have some service work done on an overhead door a tenant was having issues with. I had to coordinate the appointment with Jeff Rhinehart and the tenant of the storage unit. Not only did Jeff show up early and repair the door in a timely manner, but he was very courteous and professional – all things you hope for with a service call, but often do not get. To my surprise, Jeff also asked if there were any other doors I was having issues with. Prior to leaving, he proceeded to check the overhead door of each vacant unit at the facility. A big thank you to Jeff Rinehart and to Overhead Door.
