Mike diagnosed my Kitchen Aid Refrigerator which wasn’t cooling and over frosting. He gave me a quote for control board and Defrost Thermostat replacement, which was affordable as when I had similar problem few years ago a technician from other company gave me price same as the new refrigerator cost. Anyway, on Saturday I received a call from Nicole that parts had arrived, and that they can come on Sunday with no extra charge. Mike arrived on time and was very professional. Thank you PCAR for a great service.

Heard about this company from a friend. Had a broken oven. I called and spoke with Sean, he answered the phone right away, was very nice and quick to help. Someone came the same day! The nice repairman came over, neatly took apart my over, knew what the problem was immediately and had it fixed, and put back together in less than an hour. I was very happy with the service from start to finish!
