Ryan has always been super responsive, professional, and engaged. He does quality work at a reasonable price and he will make sure that it is done right. He's also willing to share his knowledge and teach me about what he's doing, one of the marks of a true professional, in my opinion. Plus, he is just a good guy. Exceptional customer service. Really above and beyond. Purchase, delivery, and installation all on the same day, with Ryan the owner making a run to Home Depot to help me with the electrical after hours. Noticed this on the wall in the store. This business treats it customers exceptionally well! A gem of a local business.

These guys were great! Things are so, so busy.. that getting "solid contractors" and "vendors" for your project is tough. They designed a GREAT sauna... advised my contractor on how to install (given they had never done one)... let me return a door we had designed in, once we got on site and saw it could not be accommodated as planned. A few months later I had issues with the heater, they came out and looked at it and meet my contractor and fixed it on the spot (my contractor had connected it incorrectly). Really great service... highly recommend Ryan and the team. My project given the sauna size could of gone a few different ways... but was one of the better suppliers we worked with and was very flexible and always called back! Its the little things you appreciate during a remodel...
