Sandy is very knowledgeable about the range hood. I recently ordered a Zephyr Venezia range hood in just three weeks. While Best Buy and home Depot take two to three months to arrive. Sandy called the company directly to order and ask for the earliest. I am very grateful to Sandy for helping me get a machine very soon as expected.
