Our new home came with an over-the-range microwave that had no suction so one of our first big purchases was a solid hood. Zoe was very friendly and professional to help us put in an order. She was transparent about the delay in the installment (most likely due to pandemic) and gave us the exact date we would get it, which they honored.
On the day, the installer was very fast and efficient. He called 20 minutes before arriving to give me the heads up, and had the hood up and running in about an hour. He even took away our old microwave no charge!
Overall, we are very satisfied with our experience. We were okay with the order delay since it is not their fault and we chose the more popular hood. Be sure to order when they have a promo, we walked away with a free soy milk maker and air fryer!
