I love Bug. She's my favorite employee at any store I've ever visited.
The ladies that work here are always happy to help you find things (like Bug), and have a solid amount of information and resources to share no matter the situation. One of them mentioned they don't (or try not to) carry any foods that have been subject to any recalls, and I think that's really fantastic and shows how much they actually care about your pets.

Love taking my pups to classes there! Lisa truly trains the whole pack; dogs and humans. I've been working with her over 9 years with 4 different dogs. Some easy trainers and others with behaviors.
She's got a heart of gold and really wants what is best. The staff is also very knowledgeable about the health of your dog or cat.
