Always professional, always easier than any big box chain! Bought a dishwasher at Pacific Sales Torrance last year and washer/dryer this year. Delivery scheduled for only TWO days after purchase (how cool is that?!) and I always have awesome customer service at PS. Mike was super informative and sold me the appliances last year and this year (yay for consistent sales force!) and Cindy at the payment area was efficient and friendly! PLUS, my Best Buy annual membership got me $100 off! Pacific Sales for the win!

Walked in on a budget today and Lynwood quickly understood that. We looked at some of the more affordable appliance options, and he explained in detail why those options are more affordable. He showed me the specific parts of each appliance that were lower in quality, allowing it to be so affordable. His recommendations were not an attempt to upsell me, he just didn’t want me to waste money on notoriously unreliable appliances. In the end, he gave me his card and encouraged me to think about it for a few days without trying to pressure me into a sale. Good, trustworthy people

Ali Morin in appliances was fantastic. She helped to bundle some appliances for me while I am doing a kitchen remodel. She had great skills at explaining all of the details. This process could have been overwhelming but Ali made it perfect
