I was faced with an unfortunate predicament at the 55 fwy; my tire blew out, and had no spare available. I called Pacific Towing as I have saved their number on my phone, per recommendation of a good friend. The dispatch was friendly and courteous. I asked for a flat bed tow, as my car manufacturer recommended in their manual. I was told that they can be at my location in 15 mins. I agreed, but lo and behold, their truck arrived in 7! Very impressed! Kudos to Pacific Towing

Extremely rude and scratched my car in several places after picking it up from the yard.

Well they sure know How to seal stuff out of your car and play the part like they have no clue of what I'm talking about, when I tell "the supervisor, mr.nick" that a few things were missing from my car when I went to pick it up. And I'm not talking about very expensive things but these thing we're not cheap.

1-Brand new galaxy phone. (I just got it)

2-Portable JBL EXTREME 2 speaker

3-Versace sunglasses

4- Brand New Air Pods

Those are just the main things that I want back. But by the looks of it. I'm not getting anything back. Not even the police tried to help. They did nothing. The reason I'm so sure that it was then is because my location on my phone was on the whole time. And from where they picked up the vehicle started driving STOPPED at motel 6 on state college for 6 min exactly then proceeded to the tow yard. And my last location was at the tow yard. So be warned when you see this company name pop up. They will take your anything and everything if your not looking.
