Guy was not clear on returning truck and the process, told vehicle was full with fuel and was on 3/4 full and nothing mentioned about tow/ haul mode. Was told I had 3 options to where to return vehicle but when I returned to one of the choices Uhaul couldn’t find that location in the system.
