First off I had a strange and last minute tow needs. Needed to move an RV a few hundred feet. I called around and Melissa was just amazing! She worked some magic and called someone who was off duty to help. Bruce, on his off time came out took a look at the situation. Togther we were able to get it moved. THANK YOU MELISSA and BRUCE!

My wife and I and our 10 month old daughter managed to hit a rubber strap and embed the hook in our tire 70 miles outside Blythe on I-10. The dispatcher was quick and efficient getting a truck out to us and was understanding of our nervousness with our daughter in the car. The driver Rex, arrived quickly and was kind and professional. He even brought a blanket after hearing we had a baby. As good of an experience as a blown tire in the middle of nowhere at night with a baby could be. Thanks!
