I am disappointed with the quality of management and the condition of the apartments. The apartment was turned over to me in filthy condition. In my check-out meeting I was told that there would be no deductions and they would contact me if the carpet needed to be cleaned. When my deposit was returned, $200 was deducted without any communication. The management refuses to acknowledge their mistake of lack of communication and refuses to work with me. I WOULD NEVER RENT AN APARTMENT MANAGED BY JOAN OR PARKVIEW PROPERTY MANAGEMENT!

Here’s what I know of this company without ever having worked with them (although not for lack of trying): they are closed on weekends when most people would like to look at properties, several times when I have called on weekdays during normal business hours no one has answered the phone, they don’t post any properties online but they do post photos of their own office online (??), there’s no one to answer the phone on weekends to give you information about properties should you see one you're interested in, two of three reviews from renters have been poor at best. That’s enough right there to make me not want to live in one of the properties they manage. And if I were an owner I’d run the other way before leaving my property in their hands.
