They provide great service, The Service advisor always keeps you updated on the needs of your vehicle. They have a shuttle service to take you home and bring you back while vehicle is being serviced. Thank you

Was’nt impressed with the first service at all, however the ford service department reached out and made things right, gave me a complementary oil change to make up for the not so great first experience. I appreciate that they care about the customer satisfaction. Will be returning for my future services on my vehicles.

While driving across country on a 12-week road trip from Michigan and towing a camper, our F-150's "check engine" light came on. Pat Armstrong Ford was able to work us in to fix the problem in one day. We were extremely grateful to not have to worry about being stranded on our trip. The service was exceptional.
