We are so happy we hired Patrice to sell our home. First of all, we had lived there for 27 years and had stored so much stuff that it would have been impossible for me alone to move everything out prior to closing. Patrice volunteered to help and, by closing, everything was moved out of the house.
Additionally, she advised us how best to show the house and she even provided some finishing touches to improve the look and feel of the house. She took the time to really get to know the house and was able to sell the house. Patrice spent many hours hosting open-houses to showcase the house to as many people as possible.
Of course we had to improve the exterior of the house for a good first impression to potential buyers. Patrice had the resources to trim bushes, lay down bark, rebuild a deck, replace siding, and even fix an exterior door.
I highly recommend Patrice. She has your best interests in mind throughout the selling process. She knows the business and works with integrity and intelligence.
