Got my rig stuck after coming to a stop above a 20ft drop with the whole family in the car. We were so fortunate to be connected to Patriot Towing. Their dispatch was compassionate and quickly matched me to a driver named Jake that was near me.

Jake called me 20 minutes later and promptly arrived afterward. Jake took great care in assessing the slick hillside and methodically proceeded to solidly position his rig in order to retrieve mine. Jake was knowledgeable, professional and focused on safety throughout the job. I was pleased and relieved to get my family and our vehicle home safely last night.
