This place is oblivious to the laws of the state regarding proper procedures when it comes to towing a vehicle. They charge exorbitant towing fees that are not in compliance with the local ordinance, they do not give proper written notice of the information of the reasons of the tow such as who authorized the tow, the time the vehicle was observed along with a photo proving the violation. In most cases, if a vehicle is illegally parked, there is a one hour passage of time before that vehicle is allowed to be towed, unless it is parked in a red zone or by a fire hydrant, which is the reason for the proof by photo, and the vehicle cannot be towed from more than 10 miles from the place it was towed. There are consumer laws set in place to protect people from predatory towing and until the people challenge this tow yard with the laws of the state then they will just continue to take advantage of people.

Shady company that engages in illegal business practices. They told me they would drop my car for a price right then and there or I could go to the shop and pay double that amount if they take my car. So ultimately they told me to pay up now so they could pocket the cash instead of letting them tow it. The driver also reeked of alcohol and was clearly drunk

When someone was parked in my parking spot it took them over an hour to arrive and tow the vehicle. However, this company showed up even though they weren’t called and tried to tow my car. I was parked in the fire lane for less that 5 minutes unloading my baby and her things. My partner goes back down to move my car and park it and they are there about to hook my car. It wasn’t even hooked yet. They proceeded to hook my car even though it’s clearly about to be moved. The tow truck driver specifically asked for $100 cash to unhook my car. This is inconsiderate predatory behavior. I can’t physically carry everything from my parking stall to my apartment and was told by management that I can temporarily park in the fire lane while loading/unloading my belongings. This situation should have never occurred.
