Peggy Fong and her team Dorothy, Polly and Stevens are truly amazing. Peggy and team are very thorough and professional. They work beyond their office hours. They kept us informed of what is going on from start to the closing of escrow. They organized everything for you, from showing the property to individuals, groups and open houses. My wife and l are very glad we gave the business to ReMax with Peggy Fong Chen of the PFC Group after they sold one of our neighbors property. Peggy had a listing for a rental home in Arcadia that was next door to my home. After many attempts I finally got in contact with Peggy and presented her my offer to rent the home. I followed up with her 3 times and eventually gave up. I met the homeowner today and talked to him about my offer and he said Peggy NEVER presented it to him. He said he had to pull it off the market and essentially fire Peggy because she was not handling his listing professionally. My mother and brother are agents and it really bothers me when an agent is not ethical.

Peggy and her team were excellent. They were responsive, diligent, professional, and extremely considerate of our needs as home buyers and sellers. Because of their comprehensive team, we were able to buy a new home and sell our old one within a 30 day timespan. Peggy and her team made both transactions seamless and smooth; her top notch negotiation skills exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend her.
