When it came time to list the property, for an estate I was handling, I contacted Penny and so glad I did. From the very beginning she was a professional, very upbeat and positive. If a problem arose Penny had the knowledge and drew from the many resources available to take care of the issue. She was always quick to respond to my many questions and proved herself time and time again with her knowledge of the real estate market. It was a pleasure working with Penny on the sale and will definitely call upon her, in the future, should I have another property to sell.

Penny is always a joy to work with. This was the second purchase we worked with her on and both experiences were very easy and enjoyable. She is always extremely helpful and has taught us so much about real estate purchases and sales. We will definitely continue to work with her in the future and highly recommend working with her as a first time home buyer, especially since she is excellent at explaining and guiding through the entire process. She also has a multitude of wonderful resources for every home/purchasing need there is!

Penny is the most amazing realtor to work with. She is down to earth and immediately feels like a friend. She communicated well with our whole home buying team. She worked late nights to show us houses and draw up paperwork. She was always quick to respond and answered any questions we had. If she didn't know an answer, she asked for us then got back to us. She made our home buying experience easy. I would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling.
