I didn't know what to expect, as this was our first major home improvement project, but we had an excellent experience with Perfect Home products. From start to finish, the process was made easy because Mar in the office had answers to our many questions and Chuy was extremely efficient and executed our project even better than we anticipated. This company was awesome on my back patio cover which is why we went with them on my front patio cover. All I can say is what a freaking headache and fiasco the front patio cover, rain gutter , and solar screens have been. We are currently waiting on the company to come finish the solar screen. It has been 3 months now. The new patio cover leaks when it rains or when the frost thaws out. Perfect Home products needs to get on the ball if they expect me to talk nice about their work or business. For some reason nobody knows how to use a tape measure for solar screens. It's kind of comical watching these guys on the security cameras trying to stretch a screen out to install it. I don't know who the owner of the company is but if he is losing money I can see why what a big disappointment and let down this experience has been. The drama continues because they said they fixed the leak last time they were here when I looked at the camera footage the closest they came to the patio cover was ringing my doorbell. A bunch of liars now
