This was by far the worst experience I have ever had in all my time owning a Ford. I had a scheduled appointment for 0900 on yesterday and the courtesy vehicle pick up didn’t arrive until almost 11 to pick up the vehicle. I understand there are delays and such plus at least we did get a call to inform us of the delay. For the duration of the day there was no update on the diagnostic which we requested. Then today I called to get an update and was informed that i would receive a call back, 2 hrs go by so I call back to only get told that they called my phone and left a message. Both of which were not true. I don’t know what it was about the service department today but I did not feel as a valued customer.

Hector is to go, guy. Great personality. My car was under recall for engin failure. Hector kept on contact with me and let me know every step of the way. My car was done within 2 weeks. Great guy. Thank you for your help. I will consider this place to go to for my car maintenance.

Don't trust Perry Ford of National City. Everytime we brough our truck at this place, they fix one thing and then messed up another thing. We brought our truck in July of this year due to engine light, they said need to replace PCM that cost me 1600.00. Now, after 2 months, there's a clicking sound after the airbag stays on for 2 days and turned off, but the clicking sound did not go away. In 2022, they replaced the airbag due to a recall. They diagnosed it and told me that this time, they need to replace the RCM for 1800.00. I told them, I'll bring it somewhere else. they charged me an arm an a leg for diagnostic for 250.00. On the way home, I was following my husband who is driving the truck that the passenger's brake light and blinker is not working. I called them this morning and spoke with Edgar Balderrama and he said that the technician put a note that it was not working. I told him, everything was working except that clicking sound, but he insist that it was not working. I told him that is it because we did not have them fix the truck that the technician did something and messed it up? He said, we can fix it, but you have to pay. I told him why should I pay if that was functioning to begin with and also the tire warning came on, too. We chaecked the air level and it's correct. He continued to argue and reason out with me and I just hung up on him. We were very very upset with Perry Ford that even from the very beginning I have doubts, but still trusted them. I will never never bring any business to this place again as I don't trust them. This place is very dishonest. It should be a negative zero star, but I can't post it without any star.
