So funny. They rather stand there play their cellphone but help you to find right goods. Imagining this company is rich enough to pay those idiots, cancel whole 100+ orders and walked away.

Great new Petsmart in SF! I’m very impressed with how clean and well stocked everything is. No weird smells just yet. The customer service is great. There are no long lines either on a Saturday midday. I was looking for shopping experience similar to the Petsmart in Daly City with ample parking and I’m happy I don’t need to go far anymore. There is a lot of parking here so no worries on having to find a place to park.

Also everything you may need is here, plenty of toys, dog food, treats and lots of sales going on. Will definitely be coming back! Such a great addition to the shopping center with a Target right next door for all your errands.

PetSmart is always clean whether you're in the neighborhood to shop, adopt, or window-shop. The customer support is greatly appreciated and the PetSmart team is dedicated to promoting an outstanding service shopping experience! The City Center PetSmart location has a great atmosphere; it's very peaceful and loving. I highly recommend this PetSmart for anyone looking to do any type of pet shopping! They have everything you need and more, plus the adoption center is an added bonus!
