Went into the store and smelled an overwhelming smell of death near the hamster area. As a long time owner of mice and hamsters, I unfortunately know what it smells like when they have passed away. They belittled my friends and I and tried to usher us away from the tanks while they shuffled through them. They insisted that maybe we just smelled the hamsters, but I know what hamsters and mice smell like. I own 20 mice. I own a female syrian. They also tried to claim it was just the garbage. They have a good selection of items, but their care for the animals and customer service is not great.

Great variety. Nice area for training. The place is clean and the employees are friendly. It's convenient and located close to the Safeway Market, the dollar store, ace hardware and more.

I brought my cat Luna in for a groom and to put nail caps on here. I spent $25 in all. The lady in the grooming salon said she doesn't really need to be groomed as she does a good job herself. I'm a fairly new cat parent. So I bought a deshedding tool. So much fur came out of her it was ridiculous. I'm pissed because the ladies in the salon took me for a fool. I'm glad you didn't have to do your job and take my money.
