I only give a one star review because I don't think you can give a zero star. One employee who apparently did not know what her job was or the laws, ruined a whole experience at a venue that I have gone to annually and never had issue. Now I will not go next year due to this employees lack of respect for people. She targeted someone and kicked that person out with no proof or evidence of anything. On top of that was proven to be wrong by multiple people and still refused to apologize. One employee for this company ruined a lot, with one mistake and honestly shouldn't be an employee anymore. She must have been having a bad day, but this did not look good for this company.

JC & Gabe have been awesome to work with. Our animal rescue puts on an annual event & for the last several years we have had a Phoenix armed guard on site. They have been professional & courteous. Will be using their services again.
