We came in today with our two dogs and a stroller, hoping to sit on the patio. When the owner told us the stroller wasn’t allowed, we understood the policy but were surprised by her dismissive attitude. Instead of offering a solution, she waved us off and continued helping other guests, which made us feel unwelcome. When we politely tried to address how we were treated, she didn’t see any issue with her behavior and refused to apologize. It’s unfortunate, but it’s clear that customer service isn’t a priority here. I’d recommend considering other places where you’re treated with more respect.
