Had a pretty solid experience here. They had a deal seemed too good to be true so I drove over to check it out and I talked with Jacob and I was actually surprised at how down to earth he was, straight shooter that guy. Professional, honest, more knowledgeable on the car I was after than I would have expected, but that’s a solid plus.
The rest of the guys there, Sean and Theo were alway great guys to work with; easy going, knowledgeable and super patient.
All and all, 10/10 would definitely do business again here in the future if those guys are still around.
My husband and I had a great experience with Pierre Chevrolet. We traded in a 2023 Tesla Model Y for a Toyota Sienna hybrid minivan. The minivan was listed for a much better price than several others we looked at.
They valued our trade at $28K ($31K with the tax credit) — a very reasonable offer considering it could sell for around $35K via a private party. (A different dealer we were comparing with only offered $20K!) Financing the difference was super straightforward, and they made an effort to be super transparent about the process and our options.
Our sales rep, Jared, made the whole process as streamlined as possible. We were able to complete a lot of the paperwork in advance, so once we actually arrived at the dealership, we were in and out in about an hour (much faster than any other car-buying process I've been through!).
We interacted with a couple other staff while we were there too, and they were pleasant and professional as well.
TL;DR, it was a super drama-free car buying experience, we got a reasonably priced used car that's in great shape, and we were treated fairly with our trade-in. Would definitely shop here again!
