Within 10 seconds of stepping into the dealership I was greeted by 3 workers. Everyone there is super nice & welcoming, the sweet gal that did my finance was awesome, she made the process easy for me & made sure I was getting a good deal with my options. They made the process of getting a car super easy & calming. I was able to find my perfect mom car. This is the 1st dealership I stopped at & for sure I’m very thankful for them, we will be coming back for our next car.

We had the absolute worst experience dealing with Pierre Ford in Hermiston. We traded in our car for our daughter to purchase a new vehicle. I sat right there when we agreed to what they were giving for my car we were trading in, and when they told her what percentage rate and monthly payment she would have and she signed for. They kept trying to add back in the GAP insurance and another add, we had to have them remove it several times in the dealings. There was no mention of that amount being contingent on what lender took the loan. The next week they contacted her and asked her to come in to sign papers for a specific lender. She had to ask them twice if anything changed from what she originally agreed on. They finally said well yeah your payment went up $68.00 and the interest rate went up. She was already at the top of what she could afford, so we told her not to agree to that. After another week they finally agreed to reduce the amount of the extended warranty to get her payment close to what she agreed on at first. So she signed the papers. Since this was 2 weeks into the month I decided to make a payment on the car we traded in so it wouldn't look like we were late. Well when the finance company that took the loan for the new car paid it off my car, they only paid what was owing, which didn't take into consideration the payment I made. During this time i had called several times with a question, not one time did anyone ever call me back. Now it was week 3 and I contacted my finance company to see how it get the $470.00 difference between what Ford gave me for the car and what was paid to them since Ford told me they paid the original amount agreed upon and my finance company would have to reimburse me. I was told that was a lie, the only amount they received was the current pay off. So I called Ford back and got the run around, but they finally said they would give me a check. The next day my daughter drove down to get it for me, the check was 440.00 and in my daughters name and not mine. She told them that it should be for 470.00 but she talked to me and I said I was over dealing with them and just wanted to be done. Neal, the sales manager had the audacity to say yeah i think we feel the same way. Where is the customer service? No honesty and no integrity at all. We have purchased 2 vehicles from Tom Denshal, 2 from Hermiston Toyota, and several others from local dealers over the years and never received this kind of horrible service. I will never be doing business with Pierre again and sure as heck would never recommend them to anyone.

I bought my Ford explorer through Pierre Ford of hermiston a week ago and I just have to say, the customer service was nothing but perfect! I couldn’t make up my mind on what I wanted and they were all really helpful trying to get me into a car I liked! I just want to say thank you for all the help! My sales lady was Megan, and she was awesome to work with!! 5 stars for amazing customer service!
