My garage door arm tore from the top panel, leaving the door to only be used manually. Previous owners had secured the arm to the door with a 2x4. My garage door was repaired by Steve from Pioneer, who was great and professional. He was able to replace the panel and properly secure the arm to the new panel. I’m highly impressed with Pioneer and will be using them for future garage door services.

Austin and Steve were so helpful in getting our garage door openers programmed and set up! They made sure we knew that they were here to help, and to call or text if we needed anything! They really went the extra mile and we appreciate it so much!! 10/10 recommend them for all things garage doors!

My garage door seal needed to be replaced. Day 1: Steve was on time, pleasent, professional and explained the options and then found he was a foot short on material. Day 2: on time, pleasent, professional and quickly replaced the seal. Then he serviced my garage door and explained work I might want to have done at a later date - but was not pushy about it. And the price for both services was reasonable. Highly recommend!
