We purchased a white glove install and ice maker. Their installers installed it wrong and we did not find out for 6 months that the machine was leaking out the back… We had water damage and mold. We talked to Scotsman and pirch… pirch denied everything for a while Scotsman helped but confirmed that it was the installers problem… and then finally Pirch said they would help… They told us to get the area repaired and send them the bill, when they got the bill they said that they would then turn over to their insurance…. they told me multiple times that they had turned it over to their insurance and that I should be hearing from them. Never heard anything and now no one at pirch will even respond to communication. Bad business DONT TRUST THEM if something goes wrong. We have purchased multiple things from them over the years and will no longer use them. Just be honest and do what you say you are going to do!
