We purchased a complete Thermador appliance package in Feb of this year-and went with that particular brand as it was represented that everything would be available late June, early July. Wolf and Viking were 12 months out but not Thermador at the time of purchase. Let the games begin- immediately, a complete construction schedule was demanded. We complied. Than in mid August, when scheduling delivery, we were informed our range would not be available until first December, than October. Blower came with missing parts. No clear specs were provided- the 30” column units came with mismatched handles and missing parts. Appliance install team #1 arrived after 2PM to install 2 dishwashers, a 30” oven, temp range, microwave, and 2 column refrigeration units. No way they could have completed that install. The second crew was here for almost 6 hours fixing the many install issues of crew #1 -for over 6 hours. The units are not balanced, freezer constantly opens as a result, cannot be used, missing one of the kick plates, all of the gaskets, a complete nightmare that forces us to send multiple emails while they selectively choose which items they want to acknowledge. No follow up- rude, and completely unreasonable-as we await them to correct. All funds paid up front because they are a retailer-not a contractor so payment cannot be withheld as leverage. It’s honestly the worst company we have ever had the misfortune of doing business with. To add salt to injury, I have had to listen to the sales rep (Alberto) bloviate at how many high-end appliances he is selling 2 years in advance-and how they are opening 2 new stores. Who would not be enriched if they sold appliances they do not have, took funds upfront, misrepresented the availability, once available, provide substandard install (not looking for repeat customers?) and essentially ignore new customer problems. I wish I could give them negative stars.

My family has been calling about our wolf kitchen products which always seem to have problems. I'd also give every wolf product 1 star but now my issue is with the managers who work here who refuse to call us back after calling them and leaving messages. We've been without an over for well over a month and I cant even get a call back.

My experience with Pirch has been complicated. The people working there do the best they can with the little information they are given. But when it comes to Hestan appliances they are at a loss. We spent over $20,000 on Hestan appliances and none of our issues have been resolved. This has been going on for over almost 2 years! Be cautious when ordering from Pirch because they are not able to deliver good customer service when a problem exists. As for Hestan they claim their appliances are made in Anaheim and after waiting over a year for the refrigerator we find out that is not the case. No one seems to be able to fix the range and when Pirch service men tried they could not even reinstall it properly. We are very disappointed in the whole experience with Pirch and Hestan. They promise to fix the range but then months go by and nothing happens. Someone who is experienced in Hestan products needs to do something or I will seek legal action against both companies.
