Valerie was a lifesaver! She was the first person to actually give me information instead of just handing me pamphlets. I needed to find a place for my uncle on very short notice and Valerie came through in flying colors. I am from out of country and not familiar with the system in California and really had no idea what places existed that would work for my uncle. She came in, give us options and the next morning toured me around 4 different places and by that afternoon my uncle was in a wonderful care facility.
Even after my Uncle has been settled, Valerie continue to checked in with me and answer question that arise. It gives me peace of mind when I am so far away.
