People love to hate on utilities like PCWA but I have nothing but praise for them. They have come out at a moment's notice several times to help us figure out both low and high water volume and pressure problems. Today, Cassandra spent the morning at our house analyzing each irrigation zone very carefully to figure out the source of our high water usage. They are extremely competent, responsive, and very nice. What more can you ask?

There mulch madness event is strictly for truck drivers. They site to logistical safety being a concern. However We raised the concern that we want to be able to hand fill few months ago but no action taken. They could have found a solution as many people requested for this option but they just did not care enough.
