Plumb Line Plumbing has come to our home twice in the last 6 months. Both times they have been amazing. Gary knows what he is doing, takes the time to explain the issue and how it will be fixed, his customer service is exceptional, and is very friendly. Gary and Tanner were efficient and my water heater with extension tank was replaced in a timely manner. The work area was clean after they left, almost as if they had never been there. My new water heater looks great! Thank you! Highly recommend this company!
Booked a week out to get my water line error on my washer looked at, they assured me they did these things. They sent two men out, who both seemed to do a decent job judging me (broken leg, messy house) by their disgusted facial expressions... But they did a terrible job fixing the issue. They looked at the washer, rinsed a filter out, put it back, charged me 165-ish and didn't even test their work. They never checked the washer lines beyond what was visible without moving it, they didn't bother to spent the <4 min to test their 'fix.'
Leaving me 160.00 poorer with a broken/leaking washer/flooded laundry area, and still thankfully only one broken leg. It could have been worse, but it certainly should have been a lot better.
I did call and email to ask that they come back out to solve the issue. After two messages on their website form and 3 calls (all resulting in a busy signal, no voicemail box reached) I finally got a response, which was "no, it's not our job. We did what we could."
To update, they missed a glaring issue - I now have massive amounts of damage to my wall due to their lackadaisical approach.
