I made two appointments with the owner lady and she cancelled on me at the last minute. Which was very very unprofessional. If clients cancel like this they are charged certain amount. But owners can cancel as they please, that is so wrong. I also felt discriminated because my friend who is a different ethnicity got in with no issues but my appointments were canceled with some invalid excuses. And nobody cared to reschedule me.

My first time getting lip filler and I was beyond nervous. The owner was super sweet understanding and kind. She answered all of my questions and made sure I was comfortable and happy. She seemed to really put safety first and made sure everything was done correctly. I really appreciate her effort into making sure I had a great experience.
