From my 1st phone call to Pochel's, to the technician coming over to fix my Whirlpool dryer, their service was the pinnacle of customer service. I was scheduled quickly and the technician was prompt. They have an impressive, knowledgeable team. My dryer was fixed quickly and I couldn't be happier with their service. Newest customer for life.

My farther has been going through these guys for as long as I can remember, Anyway we bought a used set that lasted close to 20 years and last week the washer finally failed ( dryer still going strong ) we went to get a replacement and I have to say these guys are outstanding as far as quality service and honesty. They where prompt with their delivery and they have excellent prices. I just went there today and purchased a coin operated washer and dryer for my AIRB&B and the guy Paul was super helpful and accommodating. We have gone through these guys for years and will continue to use them. I would definitely recommend these guys for any and all appliance needs.

After my fridge died I needed a fridge asap. No one had them in stock, all with delivery between January and March. I went to Pochel's for a quick fix. Not only did they order my dream fridge for me, but price matched it and hear's the kicker... They gave me a loaner at no charge until my new one comes in. Delivery and set up. Delivery guys were respectful of my property. So freaking happy right now! Thank you, Pochel's team! You went above and beyond the big box stores ❤️
